Sang Kim is a Vice President at Lionheart Strategic Management and is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and asset management. Prior to joining Lionheart, Mr. Kim spent two years at SK Securities Investment Asia and JL Realty, in Hong Kong, working on the advisory team. At JL Realty, Mr. Kim assisted six advisory projects totaling $500 million in transaction value with a focus on office and retail throughout Asia Pacific region. Mr. Kim received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University and a Masters of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investment from New York University.
